This Cookie Policy describes how Deepsink Partners Technologies (“we”, “us”), operator of VoteChain, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) on our websites and web application.

By using our website or web app, you consent to the use of strictly necessary cookies as described below. Where we use optional cookies, we rely on your choices and applicable law.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage is a similar browser mechanism. Together they help the Service remember sessions, protect security, and store preferences.

2. Cookies and storage we use

Strictly necessary (required for the Service)

These are needed for basic operation and security. The Service may not work correctly if you block them.

• Session and authentication: Laravel session cookies to keep you signed in and maintain account state.
• Security (CSRF): cookies such as the cross-site request forgery token used to protect form submissions.
• Security (bot protection): when Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on sign-in or registration flows, Cloudflare may set or read cookies or similar data to run the challenge. See Cloudflare’s documentation for details.
• Preferences: we may store appearance (light/dark) and sidebar layout preferences in cookies so the UI stays consistent between visits.

Optional / analytics

We may introduce analytics or performance cookies that are not strictly necessary. If we do, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for consent before setting them. Currently, do not assume non-essential analytics cookies are in use unless we publish a separate notice or banner.

3. Mobile application

Our mobile apps do not use browser cookies in the same way; they may use device tokens, secure storage, and push notification identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. If you remove or block strictly necessary cookies, you may be unable to sign in or may see degraded functionality.

Sign-in with Google or Apple on the web may involve those providers’ cookies or redirects on their domains; their policies apply.
